Our stay was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Silvia was warm and welcoming, and provided wonderful advice on local restaurants and attractions. We really appreciate her generosity!! The room (111) was immaculate and well appointed and very clean! The morning breakfast was delicious and all the girls very polite. We hope to return again in the future!
Nice staff. Some of the best breakfast food we had in Italy. Comfortable. Great location. Get off at the San marco stop on water bus. Easy walking to all main attractions
Front desk was very helpful.
Room very small & hot, shower tiny. But clean bathroom.
Beds was like a stone slab, with pillows best described as cardboard.

The only worthy room is a suite at top of the hotel, it has an outdoor wooden terrace giving a beautifull view of Venice as well as Campanello. We had luck with clear day so the stars can be seen...check the photos. Its proximity to square and campanello is good but a lot of walking distance from parking at venice entrance.

Hotel description says airport transfer is available but when requested was told not done.
Hotel description states it has elevator but it goes only up to 4th floor fifth floor has stairs.
Hotel staff on 8/28 and 8/29 was a female who was constantly on the phone even when client was talking to her and wasn’t happy to be interrupted.
Airconditioner is set by reception desk it was either extremely cold or extremely hot in the room.
When asked at reception they weren’t happy about it. I had to make sure to ask them what is temperature in the room before going upstairs.
The blanket didn’t have coverlet on top of it.
No suitcase rack is provided. Rooms are very old and outdated. It’s not a 5 star hotel as stated!

Not a five star hotel in my opinion. But it’s also very cheap for a 5 star hotel… so it’s fair. For example, a 3 star hotel im staying at is more expensive than this one but has more amenities.
I would consider this a 3 star hotel at most.
Great location. Great view of the street, stores and grand canal.
What was a odd to me was that no coffee or tea or drinks were in the room. No tea kettle.. cups or glasses either. Quite odd because even 3 star hotels offer drinks, tea, coffee, and snacks in the hotel room..
Staff members were kind. Sink was a bit clogged in the bathroom and smelled like sewage. Also noticed a few mosquitoes in the room upon arrival (windows were closed). Breakfast was ok.
The Hotel was OK but the location was excellent. The room was an average size but the walk in shower was tiny. The breakfast was very poor for what the hotel charges. a young person at the reception was not helpful when asked a question, all she wanted to do was chat on her mobile.
